Each year different special events are planned and are held during the school day. In the past we've enjoyed concerts with Hugh Hanley and Kevin Devine. The Pumpernickel Puppets stop by and bring our favorite fairy tales to life. The Traveling Tide Pool from the New England Aquarium has provided us with a hands on experience of life in an ocean tide pool.

A local dentist visits each spring to help us learn good dental practices. And our favorite fireman and policeman from the town of Natick make a safety visit each year.

Miss Marilyn, our creative dance and movement specialist has been providing aerobic exercise to the children of FACE since 1987. She spends 30 minutes with each class alternating Thursdays and Fridays each week. Some of her theme weeks include "Robots," "Hula," and "Elvis." Miss Marilyn uses props for ribbon dancing and castanets for the latin tango!

Bike Days are held a few times each year. On bike days children bring their bike from home. Every spring we do a Tike-A-Thon fundraiser for St. Judes and Pan Mass Challenge. This is a parent choice event and each year we donate over $1000.
